Industrial all-in-one for 24/7 operation

The Partaker A7 combines a 15.6 inch IP65 front panel with an Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor, 32GB DDR4 memory, 512GB SSD and 1TB HDD. Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled on this fanless panel PC. It targets industrial users who need a sealed touchscreen computer for continuous duty in harsh environments.

Fanless cooling with 0 to 50 °C range

An aluminium alloy passive design eliminates moving parts for silent running and reduced maintenance. The system operates from 0 to 50 °C with the SSD installed and 0 to 40 °C when the mechanical hard drive is active. Power is supplied through a 12 V DC input compatible with 100 to 240 V AC sources.

5-wire resistive touchscreen rated for 35 million

The 1920 x 1080 TFT LED panel uses high-temperature 5-wire resistive technology with 80±5 % transmittance at 550 nm. This touch method works reliably with gloves or styluses in wet or dusty conditions where capacitive screens fail. Buyers who need multi-touch gestures or higher optical clarity should consider alternative touch technologies.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the Partaker A7 in a panel cut-out and which step is often missed?

Cut a 386.5 x 236 mm opening, insert the unit from the front, and secure it with the supplied embedded buckle kits; the step often missed is tightening all buckles evenly so the IP65 front seal seats uniformly.

Which components will need replacement first during 7×24 operation?

The 5-wire resistive touchscreen is rated for 35 million touches and the backlight for 30,000 hours minimum; the 1 TB HDD has moving parts and will typically wear out before the 512 GB SSD or the fanless cooling system.

What thermal limit appears first when the system runs sustained loads?

With the HDD installed the operating ceiling is 40 °C; above that the drive exceeds its rated temperature before the CPU hits its 4.70 GHz turbo limit or the 250 cd/m² panel reaches its 30,000-hour backlight life.
