Industrial Panel PC for Harsh Environments

This 17-inch all-in-one computer combines an IP65-rated front panel with a fanless aluminium chassis, making it suitable for factories, kiosks and outdoor cabinets where dust, moisture and vibration are daily challenges. The projected capacitive touchscreen accepts ten simultaneous touch points, so operators can work with gloves or a stylus without losing accuracy. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed, removing the need for a separate software deployment step.

IP65 Front Protection and Fanless Cooling

The decisive specification is the IP65 rating on the front bezel, which guarantees complete dust ingress protection and resistance to low-pressure water jets from any direction. Passive cooling eliminates moving parts, so there are no fans to fail, clog or generate acoustic noise in quiet zones. This combination allows continuous 24/7 operation in temperatures from 0 to 50 Celsius when an SSD is fitted.

32 GB DDR4 and 512 GB NVME Storage Headroom

Dual SODIMM slots populated with 32 GB of DDR4-2400 leave room to expand to 64 GB if workloads grow, while the M.2 2280 slot already holds a 512 GB NVME drive for fast boot and application loading. An additional mSATA socket and a 2.5-inch bay provide secondary storage paths without opening the sealed front. The platform handles typical HMI, SCADA and edge-gateway tasks comfortably; compute-heavy analytics or local AI inference would exceed the integrated UHD graphics and the 15-watt processor envelope.

Questions about this item

How does the i7-8565U with a 4.60 GHz turbo perform inside this fanless chassis?

The 4.60 GHz turbo is a short burst; the aluminium alloy body spreads heat passively so sustained clocks settle lower, giving silent 24/7 operation in 0–50 °C environments.

What display outputs does the HDMI port actually drive?

HDMI and VGA can each drive an external monitor up to 1280 x 1024; the internal 17" panel is fixed at that resolution.

Will the 380 x 315 mm cut-out fit a standard 17" panel-mount frame?

Yes — the opening hole is exactly 380 x 315 mm with a 54 mm overall depth, and mounting buckle kits are included for embedded or wall mounting.
