Industrial panel PC for embedded use

This 17-inch all-in-one computer integrates an Intel Core i5-8265U processor with 16GB DDR4 memory, a 512GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. The IP65-rated front panel and fanless aluminium chassis are built for continuous operation in dusty or wet industrial environments. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Touchscreen and mounting kit included

The 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen delivers 1280 x 1024 resolution with 250cd/m2 brightness and a 30,000-hour backlight rating. Supplied mounting buckle kits support embedded, wall-mounted, desktop or cantilevered installation. An embedded watchdog timer and automatic power-on after failure maintain uptime without operator intervention.

Verify DC power and expansion needs

The unit requires a 12V DC input from the bundled 100-240V AC adapter; confirm your cabinet provides this voltage. Two mini-PCIe slots accept Wi-Fi or 4G modules with a SIM slot, but no wireless hardware is included. Operating temperature is rated 0 to 50°C with the SSD installed and 0 to 40°C when the mechanical HDD is active.

Questions about this item

How often will the touchscreen need replacement?

The 10-point projected capacitive screen is rated for 200 million touches, so under normal use it will not need replacement for years.

What limits continuous operation first?

With the HDD installed the operating ceiling is 40 °C; the SSD-only configuration allows up to 50 °C, so drive choice sets the thermal boundary.

How much noise and heat does the fanless design produce all day?

Zero moving parts means silent running; the aluminium chassis dissipates heat passively and the unit stays within the 0-50 °C (SSD) or 0-40 °C (HDD) operating range.
