Industrial panel PC for harsh environments

The 17-inch Partaker A9 combines an Intel Core i7-8565U processor with 8GB DDR4 memory and a 128GB SSD in a sealed all-in-one chassis. Its IP65-rated front panel resists dust and water ingress, while the 5-wire resistive touchscreen operates reliably at high temperatures. Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled for immediate deployment in factory automation or outdoor kiosk roles.

Fanless cooling and resistive touch change daily use

Aluminium alloy passive cooling eliminates moving parts, enabling silent 24/7 operation without filter maintenance. The high-temperature resistive layer registers input through gloves or stylus, unlike capacitive screens that fail with contaminants. Dual LAN ports and two COM interfaces connect legacy PLCs and modern networks simultaneously, while the watchdog timer auto-recovers from software hangs.

Embedded mounting and wide-temperature design

The unit measures 386.3 x 321.3 x 54mm with a 380 x 315mm cut-out, fitting standard panel cabinets or wall brackets using the supplied buckle kits. Operating range spans 0 to 50°C with the fitted SSD, and the 250cd/m² backlight is rated for 30,000 hours minimum. Not suited for buyers who need multi-touch gestures, higher brightness for direct sunlight, or a battery-backed mobile form factor.

Questions about this item

How often will the 5-wire resistive touchscreen need replacement given its 35 million touch durability rating?

The touchscreen is rated for 35 million touches, so replacement depends on daily usage intensity; typical industrial use reaches that limit after several years.

Which thermal limit appears first during continuous 24/7 operation with the fanless aluminum chassis?

The operating ceiling is 50 °C with an SSD installed; sustained loads in warmer ambients will hit that limit before the CPU throttles.

How much power does the 12 V DC supply draw when the system runs all day at full load?

The unit accepts 100-240 V AC input and delivers 12 V DC; actual draw varies with workload but the fanless design keeps consumption low.
