Compact Xeon Mini-PC for Business & HTPC

The Partaker B18 is a new barebone mini PC built around an Intel Xeon E-2176M six-core processor with twelve threads and a 4.40 GHz maximum turbo frequency. It ships with 8 GB of DDR4-2666 memory and a 128 GB SSD, plus Windows 11 Pro pre-installed for immediate deployment in office, digital-signage or home-theatre roles.

Silent 45 W Cooling & 100 W Power

A smart silent fan keeps the 45 W TDP chip cool with minimal noise even under sustained load, drawing power from the included 100 W 20 V 5 A adapter. The compact 134 x 144 x 64 mm chassis weighs 1.05 kg and supports VESA mounting for discreet placement behind displays.

Dual M.2 Slots for NVMe or SATA Expansion

Two NGFF M.2 2280 Key M sockets accept either NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 or SATA drives up to 2 TB each, while a 2.5 inch 9.5 mm bay adds further storage flexibility. Buyers who need more than two high-speed NVMe volumes should verify slot allocation before purchase.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the B18 and which screw holes do people miss?

The 134 x 144 mm chassis includes a VESA bracket that bolts to the four holes on the bottom; the step most people miss is removing the four rubber feet first so the bracket sits flush.

Which memory and storage parts will I need to replace first?

The two SODIMM DDR4-2666 slots support up to 64 GB with ECC; the three M.2 2280 Key M bays (two NVMe or SATA, one NVMe-only) and one 2.5 inch 9.5 mm bay take drives up to 2 TB each.

At what point does the 45 W Xeon E-2176M hit its thermal ceiling under constant load?

The smart silent fan is rated for continuous operation at the 45 W TDP; sustained all-core turbo at 4.40 GHz will hold as long as the chassis vents stay clear and ambient temperature remains normal.
