Fanless industrial mini PC

The Partaker I4 is a compact barebone system built around an Intel Core i5 4200U or 4258U processor. It ships with 8GB DDR3L memory, a 128GB mSATA SSD and a 1TB 2.5-inch SATA drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment in automation, signage or edge-computing roles.

Mounting ears and dual LAN

Integrated mounting ears allow secure installation on DIN rails or flat surfaces in cabinets. Two Intel Gigabit Ethernet ports provide redundant network paths for industrial protocols. The fanless aluminium chassis operates silently from 0°C to 70°C and supports automatic power-on after AC loss.

Six COM ports and dual HDMI

Six RS232 serial ports connect legacy PLCs, barcode scanners or modems without adapters. Two HDMI outputs drive independent or cloned displays for operator panels. Four USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports handle peripherals, while included Wi-Fi antennas enable 802.11ac wireless connectivity.

Questions about this item

Does the fanless design throttle the i5-4200U or i5-4258U under continuous 24/7 load?

The fanless aluminium chassis is rated for 0–70 °C operating temperature and 15 W typical consumption, designed for 24 h/7 day operation without shutdown.

What are the noise and heat levels when the unit runs all day?

With no moving parts the system is silent; the aluminium case acts as a heatsink and the spec lists 15 W to 25 W daily power draw.

Which display cables or adapters do I need to use the two HDMI ports?

Standard HDMI cables connect directly to the two HDMI outputs; no proprietary adapters are required.
