Industrial Panel PC for Embedded Use

The Partaker Z6-I5 4200U is a 10.1 inch all-in-one computer built for industrial environments. It combines a resistive touchscreen, fanless aluminium chassis and Windows 11 Pro in a compact sealed unit. The system targets automation, kiosk and control-panel deployments where reliability matters more than raw speed. Buyers needing a consumer desktop or high-resolution media device should look elsewhere.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The quad-core Intel Core i5-4200U runs without a fan, relying on the aluminium alloy body to dissipate heat during continuous operation. With the 256 GB mSATA SSD installed, the operating range reaches 0 to 50 °C. Performance stays consistent because there are no moving parts to wear out or throttle aggressively. The 8 GB DDR3L memory and integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 handle typical HMI and lightweight edge workloads without thermal spikes.

Thermals Noise and Power

Fanless cooling makes the unit completely silent in normal use. The external 12 V DC supply accepts 100 to 240 V AC input, drawing minimal power for the 200 cd/m² backlit panel and low-voltage processor. Storage tolerance stretches from -20 °C to 60 °C, while humidity resistance covers 10 to 95 % at 40 °C non-condensing. CCC and EMC certification confirm compliance for industrial installations.

Questions about this item

How quiet is the fanless i5-4200U panel PC during continuous 24/7 operation?

The aluminium-alloy chassis dissipates heat passively, so the unit runs silently at up to 50 °C ambient with the 256 GB SSD installed.

Which cables and mounts come in the box so the panel PC can be installed immediately?

The package includes a 12 V DC power supply, AC power cord, embedded buckle kits for panel or wall mounting, and a warranty card.

Can the HDMI and VGA outputs drive legacy monitors while the built-in 1024 x 600 resistive screen stays active?

Yes, both video ports are live simultaneously, allowing extended or mirrored desktops on older displays alongside the integrated touchscreen.
