1GB DDR 400 desktop module with CL3 timing and 2.60V operation for older PC3200 systems
This Patriot Memory module provides 1GB of unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) memory for desktop systems. It runs at CL3 latency with 3-3-3 timings and a 2.60V operating voltage. The 184-pin DIMM uses a double-sided, two-rank design and includes Serial Presence-Detect for automatic configuration.
Builders repairing or upgrading older desktops that require DDR 400 memory with 3-3-3 timings will find this module a direct fit. Systems that demand ECC, registered buffering, lower voltage, or higher density than 1GB per slot should select a different part.
The module conforms to the 184-pin DDR SDRAM form factor and the JEDEC PC 3200 standard. Motherboards must accept 184-pin unbuffered DDR 400 DIMMs at 2.60V; modules with a different pin count, voltage, or speed grade will not function in the same slots.

It uses the standard 184-pin DIMM form factor and runs at 2.60V, matching the physical slot and voltage of DDR 400 (PC 3200) desktop boards.
CAS Latency 3 and 3-3-3 timings indicate the delay cycles for data access; lower values reduce wait states, so applications and games load faster on compatible systems.
The module is a 2-rank double-sided design with 8192 refresh cycles per 64 ms; most DDR 400 boards accept both ranks, but check your manual for maximum rank limits.
