Subscription-activated pet camera

This PAW Mini 2 camera requires a paid Furbo Nanny subscription before any feature becomes available. It is intended for dog owners who want remote monitoring and two-way audio through the Furbo app on iOS or Android. The device is made of plastic in a multi-colour finish and sized for small spaces.

Plan-dependent AI alerts and video history

An active subscription unlocks real-time barking and meowing alerts, unusual-activity warnings and 37 days of cloud video history. Without a plan the camera remains inactive; with a plan core features such as live view and two-way audio stay accessible even if the subscription is later cancelled.

Fixed 130-degree view and 1080p resolution

The lens does not rotate and covers a 130-degree wide angle at Full HD 1080p resolution. There is no treat-tossing function and no multi-room visibility. Buyers who need 360-degree coverage, 2K video or treat dispensing should consider other models.

Questions about this item

Will the non-rotating 130° lens or plastic housing need periodic cleaning or replacement?

The fixed wide-angle lens has no moving parts; occasional gentle cleaning of the lens surface is the only routine care the plastic housing requires.

What limits continuous operation first — bandwidth, the 37-day cloud history, or the subscription status?

An active Furbo Nanny plan is the gatekeeper; if the subscription lapses, advanced AI alerts and the 37-day video history stop while core live view and two-way audio remain.

Does the camera generate noticeable heat or fan noise when streaming 1080p video all day?

The compact plastic body contains no fan and runs cool during extended streaming; any warmth stays low and there is no audible mechanical noise.
