Questions about this item

What is the wireless range of the 500-137-NB controller?

The controller offers a 30-foot wireless range for cable-free play on Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite and Switch OLED Model.

How do you charge the built-in battery, and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Plug the included USB cable into the controller and a powered USB port; the mistake is using a cable that only carries power and not data, which will not charge the battery.

When the rechargeable cell no longer holds a 40-hour charge, what replacement is required?

The internal battery is not user-replaceable, so the entire controller must be replaced once the cell degrades.
