Professional Termination Tool Kit

The PDT-110/88-BU combines a punch down tool with interchangeable 110 and 88 blades, a wire stripper, hook knife and flathead screwdriver. It is built for installers who terminate Cat5e through Cat6a cables into keystone jacks and patch panels. The reversible blade stores inside the handle for quick changeover on site.

Adjustable Impact and Ergonomic Grip

An adjustable impact-force setting lets the user match the drive force to the cable gauge and jack type. The 90-degree blade rotation locks or releases the blade without extra tools. At 0.19 kilograms the tool reduces wrist strain during long cable runs in rack cabinets or wall plates.

All-in-One Accessory Bundle

The package includes the punch down body, one 110/88 reversible blade, and a dedicated wire stripper. The integrated hook knife pulls cables from modules while the flathead tip removes modules from panels. These bundled functions eliminate the need to carry separate hand tools for standard telecommunications installs.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 110/88 blade and which rotation step is often missed?

Insert the blade into the tool head, then rotate it 90 degrees clockwise until it locks; the counter-clockwise turn releases it.

What parts will need replacement after extended use?

The 110/88 blade and the wire stripper are the wear items; both can be swapped out when cutting or punching performance drops.

What limit appears first during continuous punch-down work?

The adjustable impact force setting determines the maximum termination pressure; once set, it caps the force for every punch.
