Suited for cargo binding not overhead lifting

Working load limit 6,600 lb decides fit

The 6,600 lb working load limit is the single specification that determines whether this chain matches the securement requirement. Verify that the load weight stays within this limit before using the chain for transport tie-down.

Questions about this item

What comes with the 10 ft Grade 70 chain and is any extra hardware needed?

The 10 ft length includes one grab hook already attached. No additional fittings are required for standard tie-down use.

How do I decide between the 6,600 lb working load limit and other grades for my load?

Grade 70 with a 6,600 lb limit suits heavy transport binding. Choose a higher grade only if your application demands a greater working load limit.

What does the 6,600 lb working load limit mean when the chain is tensioned on a trailer?

It is the maximum load you may apply in straight pull. Do not use for overhead lifting and avoid shock loading that can exceed the limit.
