Side-Mount Pulley Block

The Peerless side-mount pulley block handles wire rope up to 3/16 in diameter for lifting or pulling tasks. A single steel sheave with a sleeve bearing runs on a 1 27/32 in inside diameter and 11/32 in depth. The housing and sheave are both steel, and the unit bolts on through a 5/32 in mounting hole.

Bolt-On Attachment Frees Routing Options

The bolt-on mount lets you secure the block to a flat surface without welding or clamping hardware. One groove keeps the wire rope aligned while the side-mount orientation leaves the pull direction flexible. No working load limit is rated, so the block suits only non-critical rigging where a certified rating is not required.

Steel Construction With Sleeve Bearing

The steel sheave and housing resist wear in normal lifting and pulling use. A sleeve bearing provides simple rotation without sealed bearings that could contaminate. Operation stays quiet under light loads, and the all-steel build draws no power. Avoid shock loads or sustained heavy tension beyond the unrated capacity.
