Side-mount cheek block for fibrous rope

This steel cheek block accepts fibrous rope up to 5/16 in diameter and mounts with a 5/32 in bolt hole. A single steel sheave with a 1 3/32 in inside diameter and 15/32 in depth runs on a sleeve bearing. The unit is designed for lifting and pulling tasks where a fixed side attachment is required.

Steel housing and sleeve bearing for daily use

The all-steel construction resists deformation under load while the sleeve bearing provides simple, low-maintenance rotation. Bolt-on mounting keeps the block secure on flat surfaces without the need for a separate bracket. One groove keeps the rope aligned during repeated cycles.

Check rope type and mounting surface before ordering

Verify that your line is fibrous rope and does not exceed the 5/16 in maximum diameter. Confirm the mounting surface can accept a 5/32 in bolt and that a side-mount orientation suits the pull angle. This block carries no working load limit rating, so calculate safety factors independently.
