This eight-piece replacement foam set is made for the Pelican 1606 Air case and also fits the 1605 Air model. It gives owners a fresh interior when the original foam is worn or when a new equipment layout is needed. The kit is sold new and ready to install.

Customisation method

Each layer comes pre-scored in tiny cubes so you can pluck out only the shapes your gear requires. Lay the equipment on the foam, mark the outline with tape or chalk, then remove the marked cubes by hand. The process needs no tools and leaves clean cavities.
