Modular EDC Pouch for Pelican Packs

This 8 x 4 inch MOLLE pouch attaches inside compatible Pelican Aegis travel packs and rolling duffels to organise small essentials. It is designed for travellers and everyday carriers who want quick access to gear without unpacking the main compartment. The hook-and-loop backing secures it to the brushed nylex liner of the 18L and 25L models.

Fits Aegis 18L and 25L Interiors

The pouch hooks directly onto the internal nylex panel of the specified Pelican packs, adding a removable organiser layer. It frees up main-compartment space by keeping tools, cables or medical items visible and reachable. No extra straps or frames are required; the modular design allows repositioning or removal in seconds.

500D Cordura Build for Daily Wear

Constructed from 500D Cordura fabric, the pouch resists abrasion and moisture during regular transport. The MOLLE webbing adds external attachment points without adding bulk. Because it rides inside the parent pack, it adds negligible weight and produces no audible noise while walking or cycling.

Questions about this item

How does the 500D Cordura hold up when the pouch is fully loaded and rubbed against the pack liner all day?

The 500D Cordura shell resists abrasion from the brushed nylex liner and keeps its shape under load, so the pouch stays secure during extended carry.

Does the MOLLE webbing or hook attachment create heat buildup or noise against the Aegis 18L or 25L interior?

The hook-and-loop back panel mates silently to the nylex liner and adds no noticeable warmth, even when the pack is worn for hours.

Which Pelican packs must I already own for this 8 x 4 pouch to attach and function?

It hooks directly to the brushed nylex interior of the Pelican Aegis 18L and 25L Travel Packs and Rolling Duffels.
