Purpose-Built Case Lighting

The Pelican Pivot Modlight installs tool-free into most Pelican Air, Protector and Storm cases. It is designed for production crews, creators and field professionals who need reliable, hands-free illumination inside their gear. The low-profile unit works alongside existing lid accessories without adding bulk. Magnetic quick-release lets you detach the head for separate use or recharging.

Sustained Output and Runtime

Three colour modes — red, blue and white — adapt to different low-light tasks while delivering up to 18 hours of continuous run time. USB-C passthrough power allows the light to operate while charging, so battery capacity is conserved for remote work. The adjustable head pivots, pans and twists to keep illumination fixed on the work area throughout long sessions.

Thermals, Noise and Power Draw

The compact LED module runs cool and silent during normal operation, adding no audible distraction in quiet environments. Power is drawn solely from the internal rechargeable cell or the USB-C connection, with no external supply required. Its lightweight build keeps the case balanced and portable whether the light is mounted or carried separately.
