Custom Fit for Harvest Right Freeze Dryers

This set includes eight silicone mats sized 33.8 by 17.8 centimetres, made to fit the trays of smaller Harvest Right freeze dryers. The custom dimensions provide full coverage across each tray, so food sits on a consistent surface during every batch. Buyers who need mats for larger trays or different dryer brands will not find a match here.

Food-Grade Silicone with Non-Stick Surface

Each mat uses food-grade silicone that withstands the freeze-drying cycle without degrading. The smooth surface prevents food from sticking, allowing items to be peeled away cleanly while preserving shape and texture. The mats are microwave safe and reusable, reducing waste from single-use liners.

Dishwasher Safe and Multi-Purpose

The mats weigh 55 grams each and can be cleaned in a dishwasher or by hand, simplifying daily maintenance. Beyond freeze drying, they suit general baking tasks such as cookies, pastries, fruit and vegetables. Builders needing heat-resistant mats above standard baking temperatures should verify limits independently.

What temperature limit stops the mats from warping during a long drying run?

Food-grade silicone construction handles standard freeze-dryer shelf temperatures without deforming.

Do the mats add noticeable heat or noise when the dryer runs overnight?
