Perixx PERIMICE-520 Wired USB Ergonomic Trackball Mouse Black

Ergonomic Trackball for Wrist Relief

The Perixx PERIMICE-520 is a wired USB trackball mouse built to reduce wrist and forearm movement. Its stationary design suits users who experience strain from sliding a traditional mouse. The sculpted frame supports the hand at rest while the finger-operated ball controls the cursor. It targets office workers and home users seeking a more relaxed mousing posture.

Adjustable Angle Stands and Tilt Scroll

Two detachable stands let you set the mouse at a 10 or 20 degree incline for personalized comfort. The body measures 5.47 by 4.02 by 196.85 inches and includes a tilted scroll wheel that moves horizontally and vertically. Six of the eight buttons are programmable via a downloadable driver for macros and multimedia shortcuts. A wired USB connection provides consistent power without batteries.

Upgrade from Standard Mice for Static Use

This trackball replaces a conventional mouse when desk space is limited or when repetitive arm motion causes discomfort. It works on uneven surfaces like a sofa because the device stays put. The jump is worth it if you need programmable buttons and adjustable tilt for long sessions. Buyers who want a portable mouse for frequent travel or a device that works without driver software should look elsewhere.
