Console server for secure out-of-band management

The Perle IOLAN SCR console server provides 48 RS-232 ports, 8 USB ports and 2 Ethernet interfaces for secure out-of-band management of network infrastructure. It is built for data-centre and branch-office teams that need reliable serial access to routers, switches, firewalls and servers from a single appliance.

Front and rear mounting hardware for flexible

The unit ships with both front and rear mounting hardware so it can be fitted into standard racks in the orientation that best suits airflow and cable routing. Compliance with FCC 47 Part 15 Subpart B Class A, ICES-003, EN55011, CISPR 32, EN 55032, EN61000-3-2 and EN61000-3-3 confirms it meets conducted and radiated emissions limits for commercial environments.

Dense serial connectivity reduces the need

Forty-eight RS-232 ports and eight USB ports consolidate console connections that would otherwise require several smaller terminal servers, freeing rack space and simplifying cable management. Dual Ethernet uplinks provide redundant management paths without additional networking gear.
