Cordless Shiatsu Neck Massager

The Perlevi N27A3 is a cordless neck and shoulder massager that uses 6D kneading technology to mimic human-hand movements. Weighing 2.6 pounds, it wraps around the neck for hands-free relief at home or while travelling. The rechargeable 12 V battery powers a brushless motor for quiet operation.

Dual Heat and Mode Controls

A short press of the heating button toggles warmth on or off, with a red indicator when active and green when off. Heat promotes blood circulation to enhance the massage effect. The mode button switches between Deep Massage and Soothing Massage, while a speed button offers two intensity levels for personalised comfort.

2000 mAh Battery Capacity

The embedded 2000 mAh battery determines how long the massager runs between charges. The device must not be used while charging and requires a DC 5 V 2 A charger; fast chargers are not supported. Buyers who need continuous operation without recharge pauses should note this limitation.

Questions about this item

How often will the rechargeable 2000 mAh battery need replacement?

The built-in 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery is rated for hundreds of charge cycles; under daily use it typically lasts several years before capacity drops enough to warrant a replacement.

What limits continuous operation during a long session?

Each massage cycle runs for a preset duration before the unit pauses, so the automatic timer is the first limit you encounter during extended use.

How much heat and noise does the brushless motor produce after hours of use?

The brushless motor runs quietly and stays cool; the only noticeable warmth comes from the selectable heating function, not from the drive itself.
