Holiday Porcelain Ornament

This Pet Gifts USA ornament features a golden retriever wearing a Santa hat and a red banner with the playful message "Dear Santa, Define Naughty". It showcases watercolor artwork by Tamara Burnett and measures approximately three inches in diameter. A gold-colored thread is included for hanging on a tree or displaying in any space year-round.

Materials and Durability

The ornament is crafted from porcelain with a thickness of roughly one-eighth of an inch, giving it a solid feel while remaining lightweight enough for standard branches. Porcelain resists fading and moisture under normal indoor conditions, so the printed artwork stays vibrant through multiple seasons. No batteries, electronics or moving parts are present, eliminating any operational noise or power draw.

Gifting and Collecting Context

This piece suits pet lovers seeking a breed-specific holiday keepsake or collectors of Tamara Burnett’s animal artwork. It replaces generic glass baubles with a personalized design that highlights a single breed rather than an assortment. Buyers wanting a shatterproof option for homes with young children or active pets should consider a different material.

Questions about this item

How do I hang the 3-inch diameter porcelain ornament on the tree?

Thread the supplied gold-coloured string through the ornament's integrated loop and secure it to a branch; the ornament weighs only a few ounces so a standard branch holds it easily.

Will the watercolour artwork by Tamara Burnett fade or need any upkeep?

The porcelain surface is glazed and the gold thread is colourfast; dust gently with a soft cloth if needed — no cleaning agents or special maintenance are required.

How fragile is the 1/8-inch thick porcelain if the ornament is knocked off the tree?

At 1/8 inch thick the porcelain will shatter on impact with a hard floor; hang it on a sturdy branch and keep the display area clear of pets and children.
