Holiday pet ornament

The Pet Gifts USA Sable Sheltie Dog Porcelain Christmas Ornament depicts a sheltie wearing reindeer antlers and a red banner that reads "Up To Snow Good". It features watercolor artwork by Tamara Burnett and is proudly made in the USA. The piece measures approximately three inches in diameter and hangs from a gold-coloured thread.

Porcelain thermal stability

Porcelain does not generate heat or noise and draws no power during normal use. The thin one-eighth inch construction remains at ambient room temperature whether displayed on a tree or a shelf year-round. No electrical connection or battery is required for operation.

Included gold thread

The bundled gold-coloured thread provides a ready-to-hang loop so the ornament can be suspended immediately without extra hardware. No additional accessories, software or packaging extras are mentioned in the specifications.

Questions about this item

How do I hang the 3-inch porcelain ornament without cracking the 1/8-inch thick edge?

Thread the supplied gold-coloured thread through the pre-drilled hole at the top, then hook it over a sturdy branch; avoid squeezing the thin rim when tightening the loop.

Will the watercolour artwork by Tamara Burnett fade if the ornament stays on a sunlit tree all season?

The porcelain surface is kiln-fired, so normal indoor holiday lighting will not fade the painted design; keep it away from direct, prolonged sunlight to be safe.

What is the first sign the gold thread might fail after several years of use?

Look for fraying or thinning where the thread passes through the ornament hole; replace the thread at the first sign of wear to prevent the ornament from falling.
