Sage Chesapeake Bay Retriever ornament

The Pet Gifts USA Sage Chesapeake Bay Retriever Reindeer Ornament is a porcelain decoration featuring a watercolor painting by artist Tamara Burnett. It depicts the breed wearing reindeer antlers and a red banner reading "Up To Snow Good". This new item is designed for dog lovers seeking a breed-specific holiday keepsake.

Porcelain ornament with gold thread hanger

The ornament measures approximately three inches in diameter and is one-eighth of an inch thick. It hangs from a gold-colored thread supplied with the piece. Porcelain is brittle and will break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces, so careful handling is required when placing or storing it.

Simple hanging installation

Installation consists of looping the attached gold thread over a branch or hook; no tools or adhesives are needed. The main risk is the thread catching on rough bark or the ornament striking adjacent decorations when the tree moves. Store the piece in its original packaging or a padded container to prevent chipping.

Questions about this item

Is the ornament available in any other sizes or materials besides the 3-inch porcelain version?

The supplier lists only the 3-inch diameter, 1/8-inch thick porcelain ornament with a gold hanging thread. No alternative sizes or materials are mentioned.

How does the 3-inch diameter and 1/8-inch thickness feel on a typical Christmas tree branch?

At roughly 3 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick, the porcelain disc is lightweight enough for most standard branches and the gold thread lets it hang flat without pulling the limb down.

Does the gold thread work with standard ornament hooks or does it need a specific hanger?

The ornament hangs on the supplied gold coloured thread; you can loop it directly over a branch or slip a standard ornament hook through the thread loop.
