Festive Porcelain Cat Ornament

This porcelain Christmas ornament features a white shorthaired cat with blue eyes wearing reindeer antlers and a red banner reading "Up To Snow Good". The design showcases watercolor artwork by artist Tamara Burnett. Measuring approximately three inches in diameter and one-eighth inch thick, it hangs from a gold-coloured thread. It is proudly made in the USA and offered in new condition.

Display Safe Handling

As a solid porcelain piece, the ornament generates no heat, produces no noise and draws no power during normal use. It is intended for hanging on a Christmas tree or for year-round display on a hook or stand. The gold thread supports the lightweight disc without stress. No electrical connection or battery is required.

Collectible Holiday Decor

This item replaces generic printed or plastic ornaments with a detailed, artist-illustrated porcelain keepsake. The upgrade is worth it for collectors who value Tamara Burnett's watercolour style and a durable, USA-made finish. It is not suited for buyers needing shatter-proof materials, interactive features or a larger decorative centrepiece.

Questions about this item

How do I hang the ornament and what is the common mistake?

Thread the gold coloured loop through the hole at the top and hook it onto the branch; the mistake is pulling the thread tight so the 3 inch disc tilts forward instead of hanging flat.

Will the porcelain or the gold thread need replacing over time?

The porcelain disc is 1/8 inch thick and does not degrade indoors; the gold coloured thread may fray after several seasons and can be swapped for any thin ribbon or hook.

At what temperature or handling limit does the ornament risk damage?

Porcelain cracks if dropped on a hard floor or exposed to rapid temperature swings; normal indoor holiday use stays well within its limits.
