Setup and Common Issues

Pairing is done through the Phomemo app on Android 7.0 or iOS 13.0 and above. The printer has no screen or buttons beyond power, so all layout and density adjustments live in the app. The most frequent problem is a failed Bluetooth handshake when the phone’s system cache is full or when the printer enters sleep mode; a quick power cycle usually restores the link. Paper jams occur if the roll is not seated flush against the rollers.

Sustained Printing Behaviour

The 64 MB flash buffer holds several labels before the motor pauses to cool. During a continuous batch the print speed remains steady for the first few dozen stickers, then the mechanism slows slightly as the thermal head temperature rises. The cutter is a simple tear bar, so long runs require manual separation. Battery life covers roughly one full roll per charge; heavy sessions will need a top-up before the hundred-piece capacity is exhausted.
