Kit Contents and Purpose

The Photographic Solutions kit pairs .5 fl oz (15 ml) of Eclipse optic cleaning fluid with six Type-3 sensor swabs measuring 24 mm wide. It is built for photographers who need a wet-cleaning method for full-frame mirrored or mirrorless camera sensors, whether CCD or CMOS.

Build Integration

The swabs are clean-room sealed with a honeycomb pattern, welded seams and a channeled handle to prevent fibre shedding during use. A slight horn on each tip reaches corner areas, while the dropper-top bottle delivers precise fluid amounts so the sensor area stays free of streaks and residue.

Accessory Impact

Included Eclipse fluid dries quickly to break down dust, oil and dirt without leaving film. The six swabs provide multiple cleaning sessions, and the sealed packaging keeps each swab contaminant-free until opened, reducing the risk of introducing new particles onto the sensor.
