14-piece spade bit set for wood

The Pinoze P008E001A supplies 13 high-carbon steel spade bits from 1/4" to 1-1/2" plus a 6-inch extension rod. Patented groove geometry and dual-side cutting spurs clear chips quickly and reduce breakout. A nylon roll pouch keeps every piece organised on site.

Replaces worn or incomplete bit collections

Swap out dull standard spade bits when clean holes and faster chip removal matter. The heat-treated steel and extended reach make the jump worthwhile for repetitive framing, decking or renovation work where breakout wastes time.

Quick-change hex shank fits common drills

The 1/4" hex shank with groove locks into most drill drivers without tools. Apply steady pressure to avoid wandering; forcing the bit can overheat the cutting edge. Store bits dry in the pouch to prevent surface corrosion.

Questions about this item

What size hex shank does the 6-inch extension rod use?

The extension rod has a 1/4 inch hex shank that fits the quick-change groove on each spade bit.

How do you lock a bit into the quick-change extension without it slipping?

Insert the 1/4 inch hex shank fully until the groove seats in the chuck; a partial insert is the common mistake that lets the bit fall out.

When should the 13 spade bits be replaced?

Replace a bit when its dual-side cutting spurs no longer score clean entry holes or when the polished head shows visible wear.
