27 inch Fast IPS esports monitor

The Pixio PX279 Prime Neo is a 27 inch Fast IPS gaming monitor built for competitive play. It delivers a 1920 x 1080 resolution at a 240Hz refresh rate with a 1ms GTG response time. The 16:9 panel covers 119.83% sRGB and 98.13% DCI-P3 for vivid colour reproduction.

Connectivity and colour performance

Two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 connection each support the full 240Hz refresh rate at 1080p. The panel reaches 300 cd/m2 brightness with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 178 degree viewing angles. An integrated earphone jack and built-in speakers handle audio without extra hardware.

Adjustable stand and VESA mounting

The fully adjustable stand provides tilt, swivel, pivot and height adjustment for ergonomic positioning. A 75mm x 75mm VESA pattern with M4 screws allows wall or arm mounting if preferred. Buyers who need a USB hub or KVM switch will not find those features on this model. Some users report the monitor enters power saving mode unexpectedly; the manual describes a shortcut key to force the input selection menu and restore the signal.

Questions about this item

Will the monitor fit my 75 mm VESA arm?

Yes, the panel uses a 75 x 75 mm mount pattern with M4 x 8 mm screws, matching standard VESA arms.

Can I run 240 Hz over HDMI?

Both HDMI 2.1 ports support 1920 x 1080 at 240 Hz, so a compatible GPU will drive the full refresh rate.

How much desk depth does the stand need?

With the stand attached the unit is 9.54 inches deep, so allow at least that much clear space.
