Dual Mode 27 inch gaming monitor

The Pixio PX27U Prime Neo is a 27 inch Fast-IPS display that switches between 3840 x 2160 at 160Hz and 1920 x 1080 at 320Hz. It targets players who want high resolution for immersive titles and high refresh rates for competitive shooters without owning two screens. Creators also gain a colour-accurate panel covering 102.76% DCI-P3 and 138.52% sRGB for editing work.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

The matte panel reaches 400 cd/m2 peak brightness with a 1,000:1 contrast ratio and 1 ms GTG response time. No fan or active cooling is mentioned, so operation stays silent during extended sessions. Power consumption figures are not supplied by the source data.

Build fit connectivity and mounting

A single DP 1.4 port and two HDMI 2.1 ports each support both refresh-rate modes, plus a 3.5 mm earphone jack handles audio output. The 75 mm x 75 mm VESA pattern accepts monitor arms or wall brackets, while the included stand provides height, swivel, tilt and pivot adjustment. Buyers who need more than one DisplayPort input or integrated speakers should look elsewhere.
