27-inch 300Hz curved gaming monitor

The Pixio PXC279 Wave delivers a 27-inch Fast VA panel with a 1650R curve, 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 300Hz refresh rate over DisplayPort 1.4. A 1ms GTG response time and Adaptive Sync support target competitive players who prioritise motion clarity.

Competitive FPS players needing maximum refresh

This monitor suits esports enthusiasts who want 300Hz at 1080p and the deep contrast of a 4000:1 VA panel. Buyers who need higher pixel density for detailed strategy maps or colour-critical creative work should look at something else.

300Hz refresh rate via DisplayPort 1.4

The single spec that decides fit is the 300Hz ceiling on DisplayPort 1.4, dropping to 240Hz on HDMI 2.0. If your graphics card and cable cannot drive 300Hz at 1080p, you will not reach the panel’s peak motion performance.
