Industrial Gigabit PoE Switch

The PLANET IGS-10020PT is a managed Layer 2 switch built for harsh environments with an operating range of -40 to 75 degrees C. It provides eight 10/100/1000Base-T RJ-45 ports with IEEE 802.3af PoE and two 100/1000Base-X SFP slots for fibre uplinks. A DIN-rail mount format suits cabinet or enclosure installation. Management includes SNMP, QoS, LACP, VLANs and port mirroring.

Suited for Industrial Networks; Not for PoE+ Demands

This unit fits integrators deploying IP cameras, wireless APs or sensors where DIN-rail mounting and wide-temperature operation are required. The 8K MAC table, 9600-byte jumbo frames and 4Mbit buffer handle deterministic traffic. Buyers needing IEEE 802.3at PoE+ power budgets, 10G uplinks or Layer 3 routing should look at other models.

Every RJ-45 interface supplies power to compatible powered devices with automatic detection and supports PoE management features. Two digital inputs and two digital outputs allow sensor integration and alarm reporting via SNMP traps. The 255 VLAN groups and five LACP trunk groups provide segmentation and redundancy for industrial topologies.
