Managed 16-port Gigabit PoE+ switch with two SFP uplinks, Layer 3 routing and industrial temperature rating
The PLANET IGS-20160HPT is a managed Layer 3 switch built for harsh environments. It provides sixteen 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE+ ports, two additional Gigabit RJ45 ports and two 100/1000X SFP uplinks. The unit mounts on DIN rail or wall and operates from -40 to 75 °C without fans.
This switch suits installers powering IP cameras, wireless APs or VoIP phones in factories, transport cabinets or outdoor enclosures where extended temperature range and DIN-rail mounting are required. It is not for buyers who need a rack-mount form factor, 10 Gigabit uplinks, or a larger PoE budget than the IEEE 802.3at per-port limit.
Each of the sixteen PoE+ ports delivers up to 15.4 W under the IEEE 802.3af baseline, with the higher 802.3at standard supported where the power supply allows. This single figure determines how many powered devices can run simultaneously without exceeding the switch’s total power capacity.
