Extra Large Dry Storage Box

The Plano Molding extra-large dry storage box model 18125 provides high-capacity protection for emergency supplies. Its bright orange moulded body allows quick visual identification in urgent situations. Anglers and outdoorsmen can rely on the sealed interior to keep provisions organised and ready.

Water-Resistant O-Ring Seal

A built-in O-ring seal creates a water-resistant barrier that prevents moisture from reaching stored items. The closure maintains a dry internal environment during normal exposure to splashes, rain or humidity. No power draw or moving parts are involved, so silent operation is inherent.

Removable Internal Tray

A removable tray divides the interior into two levels for separating smaller gear from bulk supplies. The tray lifts out to allow full-depth access when larger items must be stored. This modular layout adapts the box to changing load-outs without extra accessories.

Questions about this item

How do I install the O-ring seal so the box stays water-resistant?

Seat the O-ring evenly in the lid groove before closing; the step most people miss is leaving a pinch point at the hinge side that breaks the seal.

What maintenance or replacement will the O-ring seal need later?

Inspect the O-ring each season for cracks or flattening; replace it with the same diameter ring if it no longer springs back when pressed.

What limit shows up first under sustained outdoor exposure?

The orange polymer fades and becomes brittle after prolonged UV exposure, reducing impact resistance before the seal fails.
