StowAway 3700 utility box

The Plano StowAway 3700 is an open-compartment tackle box built for anglers who want quick access to lures and terminal gear. Its single large cavity holds bulkier items without dividers getting in the way.

ProLatch security and compact footprint

ProLatch latches snap tight to keep the lid shut when the box is bounced in a boat or dropped on a dock. The 14.00 x 9.13 x 2.00 inch profile slides into standard tackle bags and boat compartments.

Check your storage needs before ordering

Buyers who need divided compartments for hooks, weights or small soft plastics will not get them here. The single open space also limits organisation if you carry many tiny items.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the StowAway 3700 utility box?

The box measures 14.00 x 9.13 x 2.00 inches, giving a low-profile footprint that fits standard tackle trays and boat compartments.

Does the 3700 model include dividers or is it a single open compartment?

It is a single open compartment with no dividers included, designed for bulk storage of larger lures, tools, or spools.

How do the ProLatch latches secure the lid, and what is the common mistake when closing them?

Two ProLatch latches snap over the lid lip; the common mistake is pressing only the centre of the lid without engaging both latches fully, leaving the box unlatched.
