Smart speakerphone for flexible workspaces

The Poly Sync 40 is a USB and Bluetooth speakerphone designed for huddle rooms and flexible workspaces. It connects to computers via a combined USB-A and USB-C cable and pairs with smartphones wirelessly. A multi-microphone steerable array reduces echo and background noise while full-duplex audio allows natural, overlapping conversation.

Check power and pairing needs before ordering

The internal battery provides up to 30 hours of talk time for portable use, so a nearby mains outlet is not required during meetings. Verify that your computer runs Windows or Mac OS and has an available USB-A or USB-C port for the wired connection. Two units can be paired wirelessly together to cover larger meeting spaces.

Battery, charging and durability extras

The speakerphone doubles as a smartphone charger via its USB port, adding utility beyond calls. An IP64 rating protects the device against dust and water splashes in shared areas. A programmable button offers quick access to play/pause, redial or voice assistant, and can be set to clear paired Bluetooth devices for the next user.
