Questions about this item

What USB audio processor is required to use the 78715-101 with a computer?

The headset connects through a Quick Disjoint cable to any Plantronics USB audio processor such as the DA90 for full VoIP and wideband audio support.

Will the 2.4 GHz wireless link interfere with my existing Bluetooth headset?

The 2.4 GHz ISM band is separate from Bluetooth frequencies, so the EncorePro 710D operates independently without cross-interference.

How can I verify the noise-cancelling microphone is positioned correctly after setup?

The flexible boom has visual and tactile guides; align them so the mic sits at the corner of your mouth for optimal noise cancellation.
