Plantronics Savi 8220 Wireless Headset

The Plantronics Savi 8220 is a binaural on-ear headset built for professionals who move around the office. It connects wirelessly to three devices and switches between them without re-pairing. A 490 mAh lithium-polymer battery delivers 13 hours of talk time and recharges in three hours.

Suits mobile office workers needing DECT security

Workers who need enterprise-grade DECT audio, 590 ft wireless range and active noise cancelling will benefit from this system. Buyers who require a mono earpiece, a lighter frame or a non-replaceable battery should look at other models.

DECT 6.0 with Bluetooth 4.2 multi-device switching

The decisive specification is the dual DECT 6.0 and Bluetooth 4.2 radio that links to desk phone, PC and mobile simultaneously. If your workflow depends on that three-way handoff, this headset fits; if you only need a single Bluetooth link, a simpler device will suffice.
