Platt 607 Case Purpose
The Platt 607 protective case is built from high-density polyethylene for transporting or storing equipment that needs a rigid, water-resistant shell. Its 17-inch by 12-inch footprint and pick-and-pluck foam insert let users shape the interior around cameras, tools or delicate electronics. The TSA combination lock and recessed latches keep contents secure during transit.
Sustained Load Behaviour
The case maintains its structural shape when fully packed because the high-density polyethylene walls resist flexing under constant weight. The solid foam core distributes pressure evenly across the base so corners do not deform during long periods in a stacked load. The folding handle stays rigid when lifted repeatedly.
Thermals Noise Power
Operating limits sit at -50 degrees F and 125 degrees F so the shell will not become brittle in freezing conditions or soften in a hot vehicle. The plastic construction produces no fan noise or electrical draw. The latch mechanism operates silently without lubrication.
