HELLDIVERS Entrenched Pack DLC

The HELLDIVERS Entrenched Pack is a downloadable expansion for the PC action game HELLDIVERS. It delivers specialised defensive equipment designed for players who prefer to hold ground against enemy waves. The pack activates through a Steam account and adds new strategic options to the base game experience. Published by PlayStation PC LLC, it expands the arsenal with emplacements and personal shielding tools.

Upgrading base loadout with static defence

This pack replaces the standard mobile loadout with area-denial tools that suit defensive playstyles. The AT-47 Anti-Tank Emplacement and Anti-Personnel Barrier shift focus from pure offence to position holding. The jump is worth it when missions require protecting objectives or chokepoints for extended periods. Players who favour constant movement may find the emplacement playstyle too restrictive for their tactics.

Three defensive tools with directional limits

The pack contains the AT-47 emplacement, a barbwire barrier, and the SH-32 Directional Kinetic Shield backpack. Together they handle incoming swarms and heavy armour from a fixed facing. The shield only protects one direction, leaving flanks exposed during crossfire. The barrier slows but does not stop determined enemies indefinitely. Ammunition and emplacement durability limit how long a position can be held without resupply.

Questions about this item

What platform account is required to activate the HELLDIVERS Entrenched Pack?

You need a Steam account to redeem the online game code and add the pack to your library.

How do I install the Entrenched Pack after redeeming the Steam code?

In your Steam library, right-click Helldivers, select Properties, go to the DLC tab, and tick the box for the Entrenched Pack to download and install it.

Which backpack-slot item from the pack may need to be swapped for different mission roles?

The SH-32 Directional Kinetic Shield occupies the backpack slot and only protects from one direction, so you may replace it with other stratagems depending on the mission.
