PNY GeForce RTX 3090 Revel Epic-X

This PNY GeForce RTX 3090 Revel Epic-X is a manufacturer-refurbished graphics card built for creators and enthusiasts who need large frame buffers. It arrives tested and fully functional in a plain box with an anti-static bag and no bundled accessories. The triple-fan cooler carries RGB lighting under the XLR8 branding. Buyers who want a new retail package with full manufacturer warranty should look elsewhere.

Capacity and headroom

The 24GB GDDR6X memory provides substantial headroom for 4K gaming, complex 3D rendering and large dataset workloads. A PCI Express 3.0 x16 interface supplies the link to the platform. The single HDMI and single DisplayPort output limit simultaneous display connections to two screens. Builders who need more than two native monitor ports or a newer bus standard cannot use this card.

Deciding specification

The defining specification is the 24GB GDDR6X memory paired with the RTX 3090 GPU on a PCI Express 3.0 x16 interface. This combination determines whether the card fits the memory capacity and bandwidth requirements of the intended workload. Verify that the host system provides a compatible x16 slot and adequate power delivery before purchase.

Questions about this item

Will the PCIe 3.0 x16 interface limit performance on my older motherboard that only supports PCIe 2.0?

The card will operate at PCIe 2.0 speeds on that motherboard; bandwidth reduction is typically small for gaming at common resolutions.

How can I confirm the 24GB GDDR6X memory is recognised and running correctly after installation?

Open GPU-Z or Task Manager Performance tab; both should show 24 GB GDDR6X and the expected memory clock.

The listing says video card only — do I need to buy a power cable or bracket separately?

No bracket is included; you must supply the required PCIe power cables from your PSU.
