Pack of ten silver banana plugs with threaded studs for rapid panel mounting
This pack contains ten silver banana plugs with threaded studs for rapid mounting. They suit engineers and technicians who need reliable connections to prototype boards or test equipment. Each plug includes a hex nut and a tin-plated solder lug for secure termination. The brass body and beryllium copper spring ensure durable contact performance.
The connectors carry a maximum current of 15 A and withstand up to 5 000 V in normal use. Tin-plated brass contacts provide stable conductivity without excess heat buildup. No active cooling is required because the components are passive mechanical connectors. Operation remains silent and thermally neutral during typical bench or prototype work.
A threaded stud on each plug allows fast panel or board mounting with the supplied hex nut. Brass bodies and beryllium copper springs resist wear from repeated insertion cycles. The silver finish identifies polarity or circuit function at a glance. CE marking confirms compliance for general electronics applications.

Insert the threaded stud through the panel hole, then tighten the furnished hex nut securely; the step often missed is also soldering the wire to the included tin-plated solder lug for a reliable connection.
Inspect the beryllium copper spring for loss of tension and check the tin-plated brass contacts for oxidation; replace the plug if the spring no longer grips test leads firmly or if corrosion increases resistance.
The 15 A maximum current rating is the primary limit; sustained operation at this level will cause the brass body and tin-plated contacts to heat up before the 5,000 V voltage rating or the beryllium copper spring becomes a factor.
