Lightweight Protection for KinoFlo Celeb

The Porta Brace Light Pack Case is a custom-fit carry solution built for the KinoFlo Celeb lighting system. It uses 1000-denier ballistic-grade Cordura Nylon to shield the fixture from knocks and weather without the bulk of a hard shipping case. Semi-rigid half-inch foam walls line the interior, holding the light securely while keeping overall weight low. This case suits gaffers and cinematographers who move kits between locations daily.

Sustained Field Durability

The ballistic nylon shell resists abrasion and tearing across repeated load-ins, truck vibration and outdoor shoots. Thick foam padding maintains its shape and cushioning after months of compression cycles, preventing the light from shifting during long hauls. Interior tie-down straps keep the Celeb unit fixed in place so optical alignment stays true over rough roads. The three-sided zipper opens flat for fast access without stressing seams or hinges.

Replaces Heavy Shipping Cases

This pack replaces bulky hard-shell cases when portability matters more than stackable crate strength. It is not for crews who need waterproof submersion ratings, integrated wheels or the ability to stack heavy gear on top. The jump is worth it when airline weight limits, stair carries or tight vehicle space penalise rigid cases and the shoot schedule demands quick, one-person deployment.

Questions about this item

Does the 1000-denier Cordura Nylon and foam padding add much weight or bulk when the case is carried all day?

The case is described as a lightweight alternative to heavy shipping cases, using semi-rigid half-inch foam walls that protect the KinoFlo Celeb without the bulk of traditional hard cases.

What separate items must I already own for this case to be useful?

You need a KinoFlo Celeb light unit; the case is custom-fit for that fixture and includes pockets for gel frames, cables, switches and other accessories you supply.

Will my existing gel frames, cables and switches fit in the pockets alongside the Celeb light?

Yes, a spacious zippered interior pocket holds extra gel frames, and a padded front pocket with collapsible dividers organises cables, switches and similar accessories.
