Organised small-parts storage

This Porter-Cable MA21508 set provides 31 pockets across one large outer box and 30 small inner boxes. The clear plastic containers let you see contents instantly. It suits hobbyists, crafters and technicians who need to sort beads, jewellery findings, electronic components or tiny fasteners in a single portable kit.

Passive thermals and silent operation

The organisers are made from non-breakable plastic with no moving parts, so they generate no heat and run completely silent. Manual lift access adds no power draw. The lightweight construction at 0.408 kilograms means the set adds negligible load to a workbench or mobile cart.

Durable hinged lids and compact footprint

Each inner box measures 2.16 by 2.16 by .79 inches and features a hinged lid that keeps dust out and prevents spills during transport. The outer box dimensions of 8.8 by 6.7 by 2.4 inches fit easily in a drawer or on a shelf. Transparent walls allow quick visual checks without opening every compartment.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the three drawers and three shelves on the Porter-Cable MA21508 tool box?

The unit ships fully assembled; simply lift the manual handle to open the bucket-shaped body and place the 30 small inner boxes into the 31 pockets.

What parts of the MA21508 will wear out and need replacing first?

The hinged lids on the 30 clear plastic inner boxes are the only moving parts and will be the first components to fatigue with repeated opening.

At what load does the silver wooden frame of the MA21508 start to flex under sustained use?

The assembled weight is only .408 kilograms, so the lightweight wooden frame will show flex well before the 31-pocket capacity is fully loaded.
