A carry bag and exercise guide are included for travel and instruction.

Mixed EVA foam and rubber construction

Each ball is made from either 100 percent EVA foam or high-density rubber, giving a range of firmness and texture options. Materials are latex-free, non-toxic and built to withstand repeated pressure without breaking down. The lightweight pieces weigh 0.385 kilograms total and pack into the supplied bag for use at home, the gym or on the road.

Manual pressure with no power needed

Therapy relies entirely on body weight against a floor, wall or table, so there is no motor, battery or electrical consumption. The portable design means you can control intensity and location instantly without setup time. Durable surfaces are easy to wipe clean after each session, keeping the kit ready for daily pre- or post-workout routines.

Questions about this item

What power source does the DJ-KVXI-V58B massage ball set require?

The set operates manually with no external power source needed; you use your own body weight against the floor, wall or table to apply pressure.

What are the overall dimensions of the packaged kit?

The kit measures 7.62 L x 13.97 W x 24.38 H centimeters and weighs 0.385 kilograms, making it compact enough for a gym bag or suitcase.

How do you correctly use the peanut ball for spinal release, and what is the common mistake?

Place the peanut ball on the floor with its central groove aligned over the spine, then lie back so the two 5.5 cm lobes contact the paraspinal muscles; the mistake is centering the groove directly on the vertebrae instead of the muscles beside them.
