Transparent Chain Coupling Cover

The Power Drive AL40 is a cast-aluminium coupling cover with a 4.000 inch outside diameter and 1.6875 inch width. It is designed to protect chain couplings in industrial power-transmission applications.

Fit for Standard Misalignment Ranges

This cover suits installations where parallel misalignment stays within 0.005 inch and end float does not exceed 0.060 inch. It is not for systems that exceed the stated angular tolerance bands or operate outside the -25 to 150 degrees F temperature range.

4.000 Inch Outside Diameter

The 4.000 inch outside diameter is the critical dimension that determines whether this cover matches the coupling assembly. Verify the coupling outside diameter before ordering.
