Industrial Rocker Switch DPDT
This Zoro Select 29FG35 rocker switch is a double-pole double-throw control rated for 20 A at 125 V and 250 V AC. It fits panels with a 0.870 in by 1.160 in mounting hole and uses 0.250 in quick-connect tabs for wiring. The switch operates from 32 to 185 degrees F and carries a cRUus listing with IP40 protection.
Momentary On-Off-Momentary Action
The three-position momentary function returns to centre off when released, giving operators direct manual control without latching. Quick-connect tabs speed up installation and maintenance on generators or industrial machines. Black body and actuator colours match standard equipment panels.
20 Amp AC Capacity Headroom
At 20 A / 125 V and 250 V the switch handles typical single-phase motor loads up to 1-1/2 hp. DC switching is not rated, so the device cannot be used on battery or solar DC circuits. IP40 rating limits use to indoor or sheltered enclosures.

Questions about this item
Will the 0.250 in quick-connect tabs need periodic tightening or replacement?
The tabs are crimp-style terminals; they do not require tightening. Replace the switch if a tab becomes loose, corroded or overheated.
What is the first limit reached when the switch runs continuously at 20 A and 125 V?
The 185 °F operating-temperature ceiling is reached before the 20 A rating is exceeded, so ambient heat is the limiting factor.
How much heat does the switch generate when it carries 20 A all day?
At 20 A the contact resistance produces only modest warmth; the housing stays within the 32–185 °F range without extra cooling.
