Questions about this item

How long does the 12 V lead-acid chemistry last under continuous UPS discharge?

The 12 V lead-acid cells in the 2-pack are rated for standard UPS runtime cycles; sustained discharge duration depends on the APC SU24XLBP load profile rather than a fixed hour figure.

What heat or noise should I expect when the cartridge runs inside the SU24XLBP all day?

The sealed lead-acid modules produce no fan noise and only warm slightly during normal float charging; measurable temperature rise stays within typical UPS enclosure limits.
