Direct replacement for CyberPower UPS units

The PowerWarehouse RB1290X2E-PW is a 24V 9A sealed lead-acid battery built to replace the RB1290X2E in CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD3, CP1350AVRLCD3 and BRG1500AVRLCD2 units. It arrives new and maintenance-free with a leak-proof design.

Steady output during extended outages

The sealed lead-acid chemistry delivers consistent voltage across the full discharge cycle rather than a brief peak. Its 24V 9A rating supports the UPS inverter continuously until the cells are depleted, avoiding the voltage sag that can trip connected equipment.

Drop-in fit with terminal alignment

The case measures 11.95" L x 2.6" W x 4.3" H and weighs 14 LB, matching the original battery compartment. Installers must verify terminal polarity before connecting; reversed leads are the most common cause of a UPS that will not start after a battery swap.

Questions about this item

Does the 24 V 9 A sealed lead-acid pack run hot or make noise when the UPS is on battery all day?

The maintenance-free sealed lead-acid design has no moving parts, so it operates silently and produces only normal warmth during extended discharge.

Which CyberPower UPS must I already own for this RB1290X2E-PW to fit and connect?

It is a direct replacement for the CP1500AVRLCD3, CP1350AVRLCD3 and BRG1500AVRLCD2 models.

Will the 11.95″ × 2.6″ × 4.3″ brick sit in the same tray and use the original wiring in my older CyberPower unit?

Yes, the dimensions and terminal layout match the OEM RB1290X2E, so it drops into the existing battery compartment without modification.
