12-inch Aluminum Pizza Peel

The PP01 pizza peel is made of aluminum and measures 12 inches across. It features a foldable wood handle for compact storage and includes a pizza cutter. The tool is designed for launching and retrieving pizzas, breads, and pastries in home ovens or dedicated pizza ovens.

Upgrade from basic peels

This model replaces a fixed-handle peel when storage space is limited or when a built-in cutter is preferred. The foldable handle reduces the footprint in drawers or on hooks. The jump is worth it for bakers who want a single tool for both transfer and portioning.
